6. How to add a smoke detector/co alarm

Most sensors can be added using double sided adhesive, but smoke detectors and CO alarms are too heavy and must held up by screws.
1. Remove the device from its box
2. Remove the back cover
3. Insert the batteries provided
4. Secure the back plate to the ceiling
5. Lock the device into place
The video below shows the installation process for a smoke detector, but the same steps can be followed for the CO alarm.
