Video calibration allows the camera to identify people and objects such as cars, if you are setting up video analytics for the first time then you might be required to first calibrate the camera depending on the camera you have. To calibrate you must take 5 photos in view of the camera, calibration is all done through the alarm.com app and can be found in the video settings.
