How to reset your Skybell Doorbell

If your Skybell doorbell has disconnected from your broadband or you have changed your broadband before reconnecting the doorbell it is best to factory reset the doorbell and then begin the reconnecting process. 


Reset Steps:


Before factory resetting the doorbell you should delete it from your alarm.com account. To do this go to the manage devices section in the app and remove the doorbell then follow the steps below to factory reset the doorbell.


1. Press and hold the Skybell button for 80 seconds


2. Release the button after the button starts flashing yellow. The Doorbell now starts to reboot and reverts back to AP mode (i.e flashing red and green LED)
