Doorbell Live Video slow to load

If your doorbell live video is taking a long time to load or timing out it usually comes down to a problem with your Wi-Fi. Often you could just have slow Wi-Fi on your phone at that time and when you move to an area with better Wi-Fi or cellular signal the live video will load quicker. 

Another reason your live video might not be loading quickly is that there is a poor connection between your doorbell and the broadband at your home. Alarm.com recommend at least 85% signal quality for your doorbell to work correctly. The closer your router is to your doorbell the better your wireless quality, if you have poor wireless quality then to improve this you can move your router nearer to the doorbell or you could also get a Wi-Fi extender to improve the wireless quality.
