How to view and save a recorded clip

RECORDED CLIPS
If you have cameras connected to your system and have analytics or recording rules setup your cameras will record clips when certain parameters are met. These clips are saved onto a cloud storage server and can be viewed through the alarm.com app. Follow the se steps to view your recorded clips:
1. Open the alarm.com app
2. Select the navigation menu on the top left of your screen
3. Select Video
4. At the top of the screen select saved
The clips that are in the saved section are all the recorded clips from the last 30 days (you will need to filter the clips to see them all). The clips will only be viewable for 30 days but any clips you want to save can be downloaded.
HOW TO SAVE A RECORDED CLIP
To save a downloaded clip go into the saved section of video menu
1. Select the thumbnail of the video you want to play
2. Select the download button on the bottom left of the video
3. The video will now download in the photos/gallery on your device
