How to change your password

When you receive your new system, you will have a welcome sheet that has your login details. You will have a primary login and a generated password. To change this password, follow the steps below:

• Log into the alarm.com app
• Tap the navigation menu in the top left of your screen
• Select Login Information
• Select Password at the top of the screen
• Follow the on-screen instructions for changing your password

This only changes the password for the current login you can add multiple logins to your account and each of them will have their own individual password.
