Glassbreak – Low battery

Note: You will need a small pin for this process.

1. Remove the old battery

2. Discharge the sensor by pushing a small pin into the hole on the face of the glassbreak sensor. 

3. Put in the new battery 

4. Press the button inside the pinhole again to send a signal that the battery has been changed.

Note: The status of the battery on your app may take a few minutes to update. If after a few minutes the device is still saying low battery repeat the above process making sure to correctly discharge the sensor.
