HOW TO RE-CALIBRATE YOUR SMART LOCK
If your lock is not working correctly it may need to be re-calibrated, this is a very simple process and all you will need is a small pin. The video below will show you how to re-calibrate your smart lock.
HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES IN YOUR SMART LOCK
Over time you will need to change the batteries in your smart lock. You will see a notification on your app when the battery is low. Please call (042) 9333365 to order batteries for your smart lock, when you have the batteries please follow the steps in the video below on how to change the batteries.
