What are unexpected activity alerts?

When customer's have unexpected activity alerts turned on the Gokonnect system will learn the user activity and will be able to detect any unusual activity in the home. A notification will be sent to the customer's device examples of the alerts are:

• Motion detected at time that is normally wouldn't 
• Someone opens a door/window that is usually closed
• The alarm is disarmed at an unusual time

Unexpected activity notifications can be turned on in the notification section on the customer website and app.
