How do I access the alarm.com knowledge base?

Our system comes with access to a knowledge base that can provide help and guides to any problem you may be experiencing. The knowledge base can be accessed in both the alarm.com app and the webpage.
USING THE KNOWLEDGE BASE ON THE ALARM.COM APP
1. Log into the alarm.com app
2. In the app open the navigation menu on the left-hand side
3. Scroll down the navigation menu and select support
4. Open the help documentation
5. The knowledge base will now open and you can search troubleshooting here
USING THE KNOWLEDGE BASE ON THE GOKONNECT WEBPAGE
1. Search for Gokonnect.ie on a web browser
2. Login into your account using your username and password
3. On the right-hand side select the ? button
4. Click Help documentation on the drop down
5. The knowledge base will now open and you can search troubleshooting here
